Position Summary:

Serenity Trails Travel Co is seeking a dedicated Flight Scheduling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating flight arrangements, scheduling appointments, and providing top-notch customer service to our corporate clients. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want you to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate flight arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring timely and efficient travel schedules.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for corporate executives and team members.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, leveraging insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure flight bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
  • Address any flight-related issues or concerns promptly, providing creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of flight bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:
