*Job Description:*
* Facility type: Hospital Operating Room
* Patient types: Trauma, GYN, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Neuro, Plastics
* Employment type: Full-time Contract
* Start date: ASAP (2 weeks from offer)
* Hours:

- 12 hr days (11a – 11p) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 10hr Days (11a – 9p) Monday – Thursday
- 10hr days (11a – 9p ) Tuesday - Friday

NO CALL
* Compensation: *$50/hr*

*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare sterile operating rooms for surgeries
* Demonstrates practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures
* Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of aseptic technique and sterilization methods
* Demonstrates knowledge of age related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients

*Qualifications:*
* Completion of a surgical technologist training program
* Completion of national certification exam offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
* 1+ year of previous experience working in operating room
* BLS
