Radiology Technologist Job Details Location : Portland, OR 97225 (Pacific Northwest healthcare hub) Facility Type : Short‑Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 22 / 2025 – End : 3 / 23 / 2026) Shift : Night Shift, Monday–Thursday, 11:00 pm – 9:30 am (4x10‑hour shifts per week) Hours per Week : 40 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,840–$1,980 Parking : Free onsite parking Charting : Epic EMR Scrub Color : Any color (OR / Cath Lab provided) Block Scheduling : Yes On‑call / Weekend : No on‑call or weekend shifts required Radiology Technologist Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) Active Oregon State Radiology license (applications with pending license accepted) ARRT (R) certification required BLS certification required Fluoro Permit preferred Experience with Epic EMR charting system Ability to provide clinical support to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients Reliable vehicle for potential floating between Portland area healthcare facilities Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years Community hospital experience preferred Radiology Technologist Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X‑ray, CT, MRI, Dexa, and vascular studies Operate radiology equipment and ensure production of high‑quality diagnostic images Prepare and administer contrast media as required Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in ICU, OR, ED, NICU, and PICU units Float within the hospital or to affiliate Portland healthcare facilities as needed Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and best practices in radiology Participate in orientation and required healthcare training modules Deliver compassionate patient care to all age groups Take the next step in your radiology career with this Portland, Oregon travel assignment Join our innovative healthcare team and experience the best of Pacific Northwest living.
