The position is responsible for high-pressure jetting, catch basin cleaning, general vactor work. {Will Train}

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Properly operate and maintain Vactor equipment {Will Train}
* Performs all work tasks required to support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and/or rehabilitation pipeline tasks
* Work effectively with supervisors and all members of the crew to ensure successful inspections, cleaning, repairs, and rehabilitation of sanitary and storm sewer collection systems.
* Load materials and equipment into vehicles for transportation to and from the job site.
* Able to work in the elements - extreme cold and heat for long duration.
* Can lift, push/pull, carry 50 lbs.

Skills and Specifications

* Capable of following instructions and on-the-job training.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Basic math skills.
* Preferred 3-5 years of experience operating a Class B Vehicle
* Tanker Endorsement
* Possess a CDL-B with a clean driver record
* Ability to work overtime and out of town/state.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift over 50 lbs.

Education and Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Preferred 3-5 years of experience operating a Class A or B Vehicle
* Tanker Endorsement

* Ability to communicate effectively with crew and customers including, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to think logically about work at hand and compare site conditions with project designs

* Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.

* Ability to operate a variety of simple and complex tools.
* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, D.O.T. physical and driver’s license check for past 36 months without any suspensions or major traffic violations (D.O.T. requirements).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and includes shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
