The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a Principal Advisory Consultant to shape and transform how enterprises leverage cloud technology. This strategic role will influence leaders across industries, market segments, and technical domains to drive transformative business outcomes.As a Principal-level advisor, you will be responsible for identifying patterns across customers, developing new architectural patterns, and creating innovative capabilities that define the future of cloud adoption. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, as a Principal Delivery Consultant you will drive innovation and influence executive-level stakeholders across multiple organizations.The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDrive significantly complex technical initiatives and strategic business transformations across industries and market segmentsLead the creation and delivery of novel technical services, capabilities, or industry-level solutions used globallyIdentify patterns across customers and develop new architectural patterns and design principles that become industry standardsCultivate strategic relationships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on transformative initiativesDrive strategic sales opportunities from inception to closure at the executive levelCreate scalable mechanisms and lead new initiatives that transform how customers adopt cloud technologiesProvide widely recognized thought leadership through industry presentations and executive engagementsMentor and develop leaders while growing a culture of collaboration, empathy, and inclusionBalance risk and quality while creating mechanisms to address recurring escalation patternsAbout The TeamOur key focus areas include: Cloud Strategy and Business Value Alignment (Enterprise Transformation), Cloud Operating Models & Governance, Cloud Migration Readiness and Planning, Organizational Change & Enablement, Data & AI TransformationAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Basic Qualifications8+ years experience in cloud architecture and implementationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years experience in enterprise cloud transformation initiatives involving C-suite executives with at least 5 enterprise cloud transformation initiatives from the following industries: GameTech, Regulated Gaming, Telco, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, or Retail/CPG10+ years experience implementing at least 3 technology solutions in one or more of the following domains that delivered minimum 15% cost reduction or $1M+ annual revenue growth: Cloud Strategy and Business Value Alignment, Enterprise Transformation, Cloud Operating Models & Governance, Data & AI TransformationLed a minimum of 3 cross-functional teams of 10+ members each, managing complex programs spanning at least 2 distinct organizations per program, within the past 5 yearsPreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of multiple industry verticals and their specific cloud adoption challengesAWS Professional level certifications (e.g., AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Machine Learning, Solutions Architect)Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesDeep expertise in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their enterprise applicationsStrong communication ability to create and deliver compelling technical and business presentations to VP and C-level audiencesWrite effective narratives and present them to leadership across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
