Job Summary: HailSolve is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to foster and grow relationships with new and existing HailSolve accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in converting new accounts and existing accounts through the pre-project phases to through contracting through project execution. They will be adept at growing the relationship with existing clients by looking for opportunities to provide HailSolve’s services when the clients' properties have been impacted by Hail events. Experience within the commercial roof industry either in roofing restoration projects or commercial roof materials is highly desired. The individual will be passionate about building and growing lasting partnerships while collaborating with our operations teams to ensure an overall superior client experience through all phases of projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management:

o  Foster long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service

o  Manage comprehensive account portfolios ensuring high client satisfaction

o  Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholder communications

o Develop targeted strategies for commercial property managers, owners, and facility managers

o Build and foster trust through regular proactive outreach activities with current clients


  • Consultative Selling:

o Provide expert guidance on roof restoration solutions and sustainable options

o Conduct and lead inspection finding meetings outlining where the benefits of using

HailSolve will be beneficial for the opportunity

o Create tailored proposals that address specific client needs and challenge


  • Project Coordination:

o Partner with operations teams to ensure timely project delivery

o Maintain clear client communication throughout project lifecycle

o Proactively address potential issues to maintain client satisfaction


  • Customer Education:

o Lead educational presentations on roof restoration benefits and processes

o Create value-added resources for client success


  • Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions

o Generate regular performance reports and market analysis

o Track and report on key account metrics and client feedback


Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of proven account management experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of roof restoration materials, techniques, and insurance adjustment processes
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and current market trends
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver results
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
