We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Office Manager to grow our Miami office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage this newly formed office in a booming regional market.
  • Manage all personnel and resources.
  • Client Development responsibilities include identifying and securing new clients and ensure consistent workflow to the office.
  • Manage incoming proposals and evaluate and approve RFPs
  • Manage daily operations and financial metrics (P&L, A/R, etc.) within budget


Requirements

  • Four year Bachelor degree, engineering a plus
  • 10+ years of demonstrable people and team management experience and skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • P&L and associated financial metrics experience.
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience with MFST tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)


KPIs – Miami Regional Office

  • Team engagement, interactions, and morale
  • Growing pipeline both pre- and post-RFP.
  • Contribution $ and margin
  • Proposal velocity, Backlog, DSO
  • Client Satisfaction (as measured)
