Store Manager – Sally Beauty Job Summary As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of associates in delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic beauty retail environment. Your responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing inventory, ensuring safety and store appearance, and fostering employee development. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring each visitor receives a customized solution for their hair and beauty needs. Achieve and surpass sales targets by overseeing daily operations, controlling expenses, and driving product growth. Maintain store safety and security by enforcing company policies and procedures. Keep the store visually appealing and merchandise well‑stocked at all times. Coach, mentor, and develop store associates, fostering a positive team culture. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a sales management role. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong passion for hair and beauty. Legal Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. Possibility of exposure to fumes and odors on occasion. Physical Requirements The role requires periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching. The store may involve moving parts, carts, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals. Moderate lifting of items such as shipments or record boxes is required.
