We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join a manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for constructing products and components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine assembly instructions.Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Identify and report any assembly issues or defects to the supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes and efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Working hours: 5:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly.Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Proven experience as an assembler or in a similar role.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic math and problem-solving skills.Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.APPLY NOWSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness Our experienced staff will listen carefully to your employment needs and then work diligently to match your skills and qualifications to the right job and company.
