Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage your own time. • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career. • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines. • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire. • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities. Compensation: $80,000+ at Plan Commission
