Some daily responsibilities could include: prep & set-up for lunch and dinner menu items, working the line, and specials using standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. High volume experience is a plus, Kitchen experience required.
