Your Role:
We are seeking skilled and passionate Banquet Cooks to join our culinary team for various high-end events and catering services. As a Banquet Cook, you will be an essential ingredient in our recipe for success. Here’s what your role entails:

  • Culinary Craftsman: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, adhering to specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Quality Maestro: Ensure that each dish is cooked with the highest quality ingredients and techniques.
  • Efficiency Expert: Work swiftly and efficiently, particularly during peak event times, to deliver excellent food within time constraints.
  • Team Collaborator: Work in harmony with other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless culinary experience.
  • Safety and Hygiene Champion: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving food supplies.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Banquet Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • A deep passion for culinary arts, with a focus on quality and creativity.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
