Founded by our Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated community health center to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

Practice Highlights
- Provide primary care/clinical procedures and admin services, at outpatient clinics throughout our teaching CHC with current opportunities at our CWFM clinic in Yakima.
- Flexible schedules to include 32 hours of patient facing time and 8 hours of admin time.
- Must have strong clinical training/experience to meet the needs of a complex patient population.
- Our highly collegial Interdisciplinary team includes Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APPs, Pharmacists, BHCs, and nursing.
- Integrated services including primary care behavioral health with BHCs on site.
- Excellent support and resources provided.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

- Base Salary: $120k-$125k p/y DOE with additional uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. Potential bonus earnings of over $20k per year based on 19 visits per day (812 visits per quarter). Bonus increases with increased visits.
Qualifications
- ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
- Open to experienced or new grads. (New grads with extensive nursing experience with direct patient care preferably in ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg, or PC/UC is highly preferred).
- If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
