Senior Social Media Professional Senior-level social media professional responsible for leading paid social strategy, execution, team development, and client engagement. This role blends strategic thinking, operational management, and mentorship to deliver innovative, high-performing digital campaigns. Binding Minds Inc. Base pay range $60.00/hr - $79.00/hr Key Responsibilities: Social Strategy & Buying (35%) – Oversee the creation and implementation of paid social media strategies and plans; ensure precision in buying and optimization; manage financial forecasting and campaign performance. Team Development (35%) – Lead and mentor junior team members, set goals, manage performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career development. Relationship Management (15%) – Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Analytics, SEM, Programmatic, etc.) to ensure integrated campaign delivery; serve as lead contact for social media strategy; maintain relationships with key platform partners. Strategic Leadership (15%) – Contribute to new business efforts, create social media POVs and best practices, and stay ahead of emerging trends to enhance overall media approach. Who You Are: A strategic, innovative leader with deep knowledge of the social media landscape, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to guide teams and influence senior stakeholders. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in social media planning and buying. Proven leadership and client‑facing experience. Strong understanding of media principles, analytics, and measurement. Direct experience with social media buying tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) and familiarity with third‑party platforms (Kenshoo, 4C Insights).
