The Coventry is hiring our next Community Relations Director for our premier community in Upper Arlington. This critical role will be responsible for,

Developing and maintaining an effective marketing plan for the community
Maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers using the appropriate system and tracking each prospective customer from initial contact to the final decision
Manages the Move-in process for new residents;
Builds positive and trusting relationships with prospects and their families
Maintains thorough knowledge of products and services

This amazing candidate will have

3-5 years of successful experience in senior living sales and marketing
Ability to use and learn Customer Relations Management systems
