Join a great team with a fun culture as we work together to improve the communities we live in Job Summary The Brand Ambassador Lead is responsible for providing additional training and support to the Brand Ambassador team, aiding in the smooth and effective ramp-up of new brand ambassadors in the spring. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performing team. Address conduct concerns or performance challenges promptly, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with management to establish team and individual goals tailored to the region and skill sets. Identify skill gaps and implement strategies to address them. Team Support: Facilitate onboarding for new Brand Ambassadors with comprehensive training and resources. Assist in leading team meetings to disseminate information and foster collaboration. Work with team members to meet company standards in performance, professionalism, and brand adherence. Collaborate to reschedule leads and optimize productivity. Perform additional tasks as required. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in Field Marketing required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Supervisory Responsibilities This is a supervisory role that may include managing a team or department. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work at retail locations, farmer's markets, and town events, with weather conditions varying by season. Physical Demands Walking, standing for long periods, bending, crawling, carrying (up to 60 lbs.), and engaging with individuals. Travel may be required in a personal vehicle.
