Brand AmbassadorIDT's Retail division is looking for Brand Ambassadors ("BA"). IDT is a leading communications and financial services company looking for enthusiastic and energetic Brand Ambassadors.Responsibilities:Maintaining a close relationship with retailers that sell the company's retail products.Ensuring that each retailer/store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materials.The Brand Ambassador ensures that the retailer has all new products, assists with filling applications, and manages any type of claims or requests that might come from the retailer's owners or staff.Brand Ambassadors may open new direct IDT branded stores and sell to unattended retailers if requested by the Company.More Specifically, Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Visiting retailers/stores on a daily basis.Maintaining the POP material placement for all products and distributing new POP material.Collecting key information by doing specific surveys for different products.IDT product sales (Hard Cards, Boss Revolution, POS, Merchant Services, Cash Advance, etc).Completion of Financial Service Applications (Money Transfer, Bill Payment, etc).Introducing new products to our retailers.Researching information about competitor's offerings and new products.Creating reports with the findings of each daily route and analyzing data in order to offer recommendations.Educating retailers regarding procedures, selling techniques, and general information about the products or special promotions.Reporting stores that have low inventory or low balances.Participating in events and in-store promotions.Pushing and finding leads for all our retail product lines.Using our CRM to update and maintain the information and pictures of our retailers.Requirements:Proven work experience in a relevant role, including as an account manager.Bilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferred.Must be prepared to go door-to-door visiting customers.Basic computer skills comfortable using tablet and Bluetooth equipment.Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Authorized to work for all US employers.Must have a valid driver's license and a car (IDT offers a mileage and gas reimbursement program).We Offer You:Hourly rate of $15.00/hour + the ability to earn commissions.Mileage and gas reimbursement program.On-the-job training and a dynamic work environment.Excellent and competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k).IDT is a Communications and Money Transfer company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
