Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Technical Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript and SQL and will be comfortable in a support role, helping to resolve issues and provide solutions. While not primarily a coding position, experience in Java or C# is a plus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaboration and troubleshooting more than heads-down development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for application and system issues
Utilize JavaScript and SQL for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
Collaborate with development teams and business users to ensure seamless operations
Assist with documentation, system testing, and user support
Work on small enhancements or bug fixes as needed
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve support requests

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a technical support or similar role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
Experience with Java or C# is a plus, but not required
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
