Allen Distributions fleet, typically handles loads within a 200 mile radius of our warehouses. Drivers are assigned day cabs, pulling 53 dry vans with most freight originating from our buildings. These are typically no touch loads requiring delivery to distribution centers and warehousing. Our drivers are paid hourly and return home every night

Qualified individuals for this position, shall have the following:

* Supervisory experience, preferably in truckload, class A CDL preferred but not required.

* Ability to deliver loads, within a 200 mile radius of Stockton, as required.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with customers, management and drivers

* Ability to plan, route and dispatch customer deliveries.

* Assist in hiring new drivers and onboarding process.

* Assist in coaching drivers on performance and safety.

* Possess thorough knowledge of DOT regulations.

* Basic computer skills helpful with word processing and spreadsheet application helpful.
