SERVPRO of Piscataway is hiring a Restoration Supervisor Benefits Competitive Salary Opportunity for Advancement Training & Development Paid Time Off Paid Holidays On-Call Bonus And more SERVPRO of Piscataway is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restoration Supervisor to oversee and lead restoration technicians. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Knowledge of disaster restoration industry (Water, Fire, Mold) Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform Coach and train restoration technicians and ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs Ensure appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site Perform daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency Complete sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer signatures for certification of satisfaction Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines Maintain inventory of supplies Position Requirements Valid drivers license At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction Experience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required Certifications required: OCT Odor Control Technician Certifications are preferred, but not required: ASD Applied Structural Drying Technician FSRT Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician OCT Odor Control Technician Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance), climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics) Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
