Reportando al Sr. Director de Performance Media, tus responsabilidades incluirán: Liderar un equipo de expertos en marketing de resultados para PC, consolas y dispositivos móviles. Diseñar e implementar estrategias de adquisición de usuarios con enfoque en ROAS (retorno de inversión publicitaria). Colaborar con los equipos de marca, producto, creatividad y estudios para definir e implementar planes de marketing globales. Optimizar el rendimiento de campañas mediante análisis avanzados y el uso de modelos predictivos. Desarrollar una estrategia plurianual adaptada al contexto de privacidad, IA y gestión del ciclo de vida del usuario. Posicionar a FC en el centro del ecosistema del entretenimiento digital.Requisitos Más de 10 años de experiencia en marketing de resultados y adquisición de usuarios en videojuegos (PC, consola y móvil). Al menos 5 años liderando equipos. Experiencia gestionando presupuestos de medios para títulos AAA. Conocimiento profundo en algoritmos de adquisición, medición de rendimiento y creatividad publicitaria. Título universitario en marketing, finanzas o áreas cuantitativas relacionadas. Pasión auténtica por los videojuegos.Beneficios y compensación Salario competitivo: California: entre $170,500 y $259,300 USD. Washington: entre $167,300 y $238,500 USD.
