What You'll Bring Overseeing a team of Sales Associates and reporting directly to the Department Manager requires a bold team player to take the reins. Here's what we need from you: Excellent people skills to serve customers, lead the team and build credible working relationships with all store colleagues. Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high store standards. Good commercial awareness and understanding of local selling patterns. Ability to guide and support a team to achieve results. You are nimble and adaptable, being able to flex your plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good planning and organizational skills, prioritizing and working within agreed timescales. Experience supporting store management with the protection of people, property and premises by securing cash, stock and property. Position holder must also be able to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English and monitor the performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers. The pay range for this role is: $26.00 - $27.50 This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
