We deliver our services with custom software to simplify living and support property owners, association boards, residents, and our own property management professionals.We are a 10,000-employee company with a start-up mentality, focused on innovation and a workplace where we can grow as individuals and work together to achieve great things.About the RoleAs part of the property management services provided to our clients in the US, we are scaling the operations of the Odevo insurance agency, BlueLime, based in Austin. BlueLime provides insurance solutions tailored to community associations, including HOAs and condominiums. As we expand BlueLime outside Texas, we seek a seasoned Head of Community Association Insurance Operations to lead our Insurance Agency and drive operational strategy and execution.This leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance services to community associations. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in insurance operations, an understanding of community association management, and a commitment to operational excellence. They will work closely with the SVP of Insurance for the US and the executive team to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage daily agency operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Create new and nurture existing relationships with carriers across the states where BlueLime operates.Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the community association insurance market, including driving alignment between the agency and our core property management teams.Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices specific to community association insurance.Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service delivery, client and employee satisfaction, while maintaining sales and margin growth.Implement robust risk management and quality assurance processes tailored to community association insurance.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused organizational culture.Who You AreLeadership: You possess strong leadership qualities and have experience managing and developing a team. You’re able to motivate and inspire team members and lead teams through growth and transition.Relationship Builder: You excel at establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing creative solutions to drive value.Effective Communicator and Collaborator: You are an exceptional communicator who can clearly convey goals and expectations and effect meaningful change through processes and collaboration.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry in operational roles, including leadership positions in sales, account management, brokerage operations, or risk management.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.Strong ability to build rapport with clients.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience working directly with community associations and HOA boards is a strong plus.Excited?
