We are seeking to hire a talented Field Lead to work out of our local Service Center. As a Hawx Field Lead, you will exemplify high performance and set the pace for the Team you’re on by performing pest management services throughout the year. You will also assist the General Manager as needed to support the Team, and you must be prepared to “flex up” during the company’s busy season to manage part of the Team, if needed.ResponsibilitiesPerform efficient routes individually and with the highest level of customer service, professionalism and efficiencyAssist General Manager in providing feedback and coaching Service Pros.Follow up with the completion of sold work to ensure customer satisfactionSupport and train Service Pros on handling customer concerns.Perform Ride-along Trainings with New Hires and other Team Members.Assist in holding Team Meetings.Assist the General Manager in making sure that employees fully complete their Foundational Training, Micro-trainings, and all other training.Maintain and care for company equipment.Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues.Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities.Support General Manager in ensuring that all incidents and near misses are reported accurately.Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.QualificationsTraits: Reliable — Establishes and upholds our company culture and values; punctual; task-focused.People Person — Positive, adaptable, builds strong relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales teams.Coaching — Leads by example and provides feedback when appropriate.Skills: Top Performance — Sets the bar for service quality and route efficiency.Effective Communication — Onboards and trains new hires; communicates with team members of varying skill levels.Technical Expertise — Understanding of pest control field, protocols, application techniques, products, equipment, and tools used on a daily basis for coaching and training.Safety, Risk Assessment, and Compliance — Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk assessment methodologies, safety programs, and compliance standards.Experience & Other Requirements1-2 years of management experience, preferably in a residential pest control market, with responsibilities related to coaching and developing frontline team members.Must have and maintain any required state licenses/certifications.Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver\'s license.Must pass required background check and drug screening.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life insurance401K with company matchPTO and Paid HolidaysOn Demand PayEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Short and Long Term DisabilityHawx Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment with the most qualified employees.
