The incumbent will develop and execute a strategic business plan that drives compliant product sales growth and volume objectives while addressing customer and marketplace needs. Key responsibilities include:As The Regional Business Director, You WillLead your team to maximize sales opportunities and prioritize initiatives.Develop and execute a customized business plan aligned with Janssen’s brand strategies.Collaborate extensively with internal partners and external stakeholders to establish optimal access and relationships.Coach, motivate, and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists, fostering a high‑performing, diverse team.Build customer‑centric solutions and maintain strict adherence to J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.Set account goals and oversee metrics and performance.Required QualificationsSeven (7) years of related experience, including at least five (5) years in cross‑functional commercial roles.Prior direct people‑management or leadership experience.Ability to develop, coach and engage high‑performing, diverse teams.Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior roles.Valid U.S. driver’s license.Preferred QualificationsLive within the South Central region.Cross‑functional experience beyond sales and training.Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.Prior experience as a professional sales representative or District Manager.Experience in marketing, strategic marketing or marketing access.Sales or marketing experience in dermatology.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
