OverviewA highly respected Top 200 CPA firm is seeking a M&A Senior Associate to join its national team. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Financial Due Diligence who are passionate about supporting M&A transactions. This position is not tax-focused, and candidates with experience in buy-side or sell-side due diligence are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clientsAnalyze historical and projected financial data to identify key deal drivers, risks, and opportunitiesPrepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including valuation, audit, and consultingMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development effortsQualifications3+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or related M&A rolesCPA preferred (but not required)Strong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience with private equity clients is a plusCompensationBase Salary: Up to $125,000Performance-based incentives availableLocationFully Remote – Open to candidates across the U.S. (No CA or NY based Candidates)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesAccountingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at SR Staffing by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
