We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Associate to join our team and help us connect with our online community, share our culinary experiences, and grow our digital presence. Job Description As a Social Media Associate at Kovai Restaurants LLC, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and connecting with our audience to foster brand loyalty and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and building meaningful relationships with followers. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and thematic alignment with marketing campaigns and promotions. Analytics: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and use data insights to optimize content strategy and engagement. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through digital content. Photography and video editing skills are a plus. Knowledge of the restaurant industry or food-related content is advantageous.
