The Medical Assistant Primary Care will report to the Primary Care Physician and the Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support patient care and ensure efficient clinic operations.
The Primary Care unit is a fast-paced and patient-focused environment where our team provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We emphasize preventive care, health education, and long-term management of chronic conditions. As a Medical Assistant Primary Care, you will be responsible for preparing patients for examination and assisting with clinical procedures. You will perform routine clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and collecting specimens. Additionally, you will manage patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-up care. Your role will also include providing patient education on treatment plans and health maintenance, ensuring a positive patient experience, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
