Alexandria College is seeking nursing clinical substitutes for the RN and PN programs. Hours would be as needed during the academic year. Position is open until filled.

Salary Minimum $40/hour
Salary Maximum $40/hour
Salary Type Hourly
Bargaining Unit/Plan 218, Insufficient Work Time
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings.
Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clinical agencies.
Monitor student progress with evaluations and grade assignments.

Required Qualifications
Applicant must hold an unrestricted RN license in Minnesota and have medical surgical nursing, and/or OB experience in the last 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer MSN and experience in teaching or mentoring.
