At Westinghouse, we recognize that our employees are our most valuable asset and we seek to identify, attract and recruit the most qualified talent while encouraging diversity in the global workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the Training Solutions products and servicesAssess & analyze the market & competitive landscapes and ensure VoC is captured in the product development lifecycleLead product strategies & roadmaps to grow WEC market shareLead development of product heatmaps & guide demand creation prioritiesSupport account, sales & tendering teams to develop leads and opportunitiesSupport BUs, account, & sales teams (including LTO teams) to develop sales talking points and presentationsOversee the product lifecycle management & support new product introduction (NPI) projects to meet business case goalsSupport delivery P&L to establish tendering processes & toolsBe a consultant to tendering team for technical clarification, product pricing strategy, and WEC value proposition with customerWork directly with customers for demand creation in coordination with other front-line teamsCollaborate across the LTO organizations to align and lead consistent prioritiesSupport Sales Pacing preparation with TRS Regional Centers, Global Markets & BU Sales to report OE metrics, risks, and opportunitiesProvide oversight and potentially lead Training innovation projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or business management, information technology or computer science5+ years of experience in product development, engineering, project management, strategy, or customer solutions engineeringWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
