Job Overview We are looking for a strong QA Leader to own and evolve the quality strategy for our digital products, drive R&D initiatives, and create synergy across engineering teams. You will build and lead the QA organization, hire and mentor talent, introduce best practices, and ensure consistently high release quality across the company. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the entire QA process across multiple projects, ensuring release quality on a reasonable level. Establish, evolve, and enforce QA standards, best practices, guidelines, tooling and frameworks to support all test efforts. Supervise and mentor a QA team, offering guidance, training and support to drive their efficiency and productivity. Partner with other function leads and stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration. Identify and remove bottlenecks across the testing lifecycle. Optimize delivery pipelines to improve release speed, reliability, and quality. Initiate and manage R&D projects to assess and adopt new tools, technologies, and methods. Experiment with innovative solutions that enhance test effectiveness and product quality. Drive automation-first initiatives and continuous process improvement across stacks and platforms. Organize knowledge sharing (community practices, workshops, documentation). Promote and track adoption of cross-stack QA patterns, tools, and metrics company-wide.
