Overview

Own the
test strategy
, coverage model, environment readiness, and
exit criteria
. Provide quality sign-off and reporting to PMO and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Define scope, coverage, and success criteria across system, UAT, regression, accessibility, and performance checks.
  • Environment & Data:
    Coordinate environment calendars, refreshes, and test data management; mitigate environment-related risks to schedule.
  • Governance & Metrics:
    Publish dashboards (pass/fail trends, defect aging/severity mix, requirement coverage), chair defect triage, and readiness reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Lead retrospectives, drive root-cause analysis for escaped defects, and improve test design/automation readiness.

Education

  • Bachelor's in IT/IS/CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Certifications

  • Required/Preferred:
    ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst/Test Manager; Agile Testing (for interfaces); Accessibility/performance training
