## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and improving the lives of patients through occupational therapy services. ## Responsibilities - Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans - Provide outpatient therapy interventions to patients of various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans - Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions and documentation - Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' functional abilities and independence - Offer patient education on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home exercise programs - Manage cases efficiently, ensuring optimal patient service and care ## Experience - Previous experience in outpatient or clinic settings is preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to guide treatment plans effectively - Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics - Experience in case management and coordinating care for patients - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams Join our team today and make a difference in the lives of those in need through your expertise in outpatient therapy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $46.68 - $50.65 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
