Program Manager – Strong Tower Consulting Strong Tower Consulting, a 75% women‑owned consulting firm, is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities Assist in planning, execution, and closure of projects ensuring tasks are on schedule and within budget. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular status updates. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Support identification and tracking of risks and issues, contributing to mitigation strategies. Help allocate resources and manage project schedules for optimal utilization. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Support senior project managers in client interactions and satisfaction. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. Collaborate with team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Assist with budget tracking and financial forecasting. Support change management activities and smooth implementation of changes. Pursue personal professional development and knowledge expansion. Organize and facilitate project meetings. Coordinate vendor and contractor activities aligning with objectives. Support business development preparations and new opportunity exploration. Core Skills Management Consulting Experience (required) Strong Client Management (required) Project and Program Status & Executive Management (required) Effective Communication (required) 4+ years of Program/Project Management experience (required) Experience planning, developing, and executing end‑to‑end projects (required) 3+ years as FTE or consultant at a Fortune 50 company (preferred) 3+ years with Change Management (preferred) 3+ years with Process Improvement (preferred)3+ years with Planning and Organizational skills (preferred) Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually (based on $55–$75 per hour) or $50 per hour alternative.
