About the Role:

The Securities & Derivatives Associate Analyst is a developing professional role that involves monitoring and assessing processes and data related to securities transaction processing execution.
The role requires integrating disciplinary knowledge with industry practices and interacting with others to achieve team objectives.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for securities transaction processing execution, particularly related to Securities Clearance Settlement
Provide analytic support to traders and support review of Depositary Receipts
Identify and resolve problems related to securities and derivatives settlement through acquired technical experience
Deliver reports to support management requirements, control activities, and product/service launches
Assist in implementing process improvements and minimizing risk through adherence to audit and control policies
Manage and escalate requests, inquiries, issues, and errors related to post-settlement activities
Demonstrate understanding of products, processes, and bank-related systems
Interact with colleagues and stakeholders effectively, exchanging complex information while considering audience diversity
Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and comply with laws, rules, and regulations

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

0-1 years of experience in Banking Operations or Middle Office
Good understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk, and demanding environment
Strong analytical skills and positive attitude
Knowledge of Macros
