About This Job Join AxosBank to build the future of financial technology. You will support the Digital Borrowing Product and Retail Application teams by delivering solutions for complex, multidimensional business and technical problems. You will partner with product and business teams to identify and prioritize customer outcomes, drive design excellence, unify and improve design patterns, and contribute to adopting retail design standards. Your designs will be data‑driven, feasible, and highly detailed. Responsibilities Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies. Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Implement a holistic design process, system, or language across teams or products. Produce design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes. Help craft and work within corporate standards for process, execution, and deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, with complementary training in UX and design specialties. 3+ years of collective design experience (visual design, research, UX design, etc.). Available online portfolio. Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience applying UX design processes. Experience with UX design of complex workflows. Experience with UX research (competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, user testing). Experience with digital banking solutions. Experience delivering development‑ready designs as specifications.
