This role operates at the center of a complex, global environment where precision, compliance, and operational speed are essential. Key Focus Areas Stewardship of essential accounting functions (AP, AR, Payroll, GL) Ownership of monthly and annual close cycles Oversight of reconciliations, journal activity, and financial accuracy Maintenance and strengthening of internal controls Direction and development of accounting team members Collaboration across Finance to support planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives Participation in systems enhancements, workflow redesign, and operational improvements Support of audit, tax, and ad-hoc financial requests What You Bring Strong foundation in accounting with leadership experience Comfort navigating structured processes in a fast-moving, evolving setting Ability to analyze, organize, and execute with precision Familiarity with modern financial systems and tools Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to improve how work gets done Compensation: $160,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
