**ASSEMBLER**

**Job Purpose:**

Assemble Electronic Circuit Boards per specifications and ensure quality is a priority

**Nature of Duties:**

* Performs a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, which may vary from sitting to standing, moving line to stationary, with very light to medium weight components.

* Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation and cable harnessing on assembly units.

* Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

* Inspect product using established quality criteria.

* Follow detailed color-coded instructions to perform intricate installation, hand soldering, wiring, harnessing and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other types of electronic assemblies.

**Education and Experience:**

* High School Diploma or GED

* Experience is helpful but not required

* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is necessary

* Overtime required when needed

* Must be able to lift 25-30lbs
