Position Overview:

Dometic is seeking Assemblers (1st Shift). If you have a background in production or previous manufacturing experience OR if you want TO LEARN & GAIN EXPERIENCE, we want to talk to you We are looking for dependable, motivated, skilled employees to add to our team The ideal candidate would assemble various components, partially or completely, working on as assembly line, at a bench or the shop floor by performing the following duties:

Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints, or work instructions
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
  • Operates drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation.
  • Visually inspects all assembled parts at completion of operation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Wearing steel toe shoes
  • Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
  • Manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • Standing for entire shift
