Our employees enjoy challenging projects in the development and manufacture of light scattering particle counters and diverse technologies and applications.** *Calibrating, troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.** *Supporting customer calibration and maintenance of Particle Measuring Systems micro-contamination monitoring equipment.** *Researching customer problems and complaints.** *Acting as a liaison between customers and various departments.** *Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.** *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and other related duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.** *Associate’s degree in Electronics or military equivalent** *Ability to read schematics in English** *Ability to trouble shoot with minimal guidance** *Knowledge of lasers, and/or collecting and condensing optics helpful but not required** *Strong verbal and written communication skills** *Ability to work independently** *Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs** *Team player focused on customer satisfaction and quality, with a sense of urgency** *Required skills: communication, collaboration, organization etc.** *This is a "field" position with broad geographical purview.** *Travel - Over 50% travel to customer sites required.** *Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required.** *Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role*- *Competitive $32.00 – 39.68 per hour depending upon experience* * *Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks.
