Hire Type: Temp to Hire Start Date: 6/24
Pay: $17.50/hr
Training Schedule:
- In-Office: Monday to Thursday
- Remote: Friday
After completing an 8-10 week training program, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
Then after the 8-10 week training it’s 3 days in office and 2 days remote/

As an Implementation Specialist at ADP, you will be at the forefront of introducing new clients to the suite of ADP's services and technologies. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a client-facing role, ready to welcome new clients and ensure they are maximally satisfied with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with Clients: Understand client businesses and guide them towards the best ADP solutions, optimizing their success with our services.
- **Implementing ADP Technologies:** Analyze and integrate new systems, interface requirements, and processes, tailoring the best possible solution for each client.
- **Partnering Internally:** Collaborate with ADP's sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and superior service delivery.
- **Multi-Task & Communicate Excellently:** Manage several projects simultaneously with outstanding communication, leveraging Microsoft Office suite efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2 years in client service/customer service, including at least one year of business consulting expertise.
- Location: You must be located within commuting distance of El Paso, TX, to be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. Relevant experience is highly valued.
- Robust interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
