Director of Business Development – USA & LATAM Expansion Location: Miami Reports to: Managing Director, USA & Canada About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development – USA & LATAM Expansion to lead the commercial growth of the business in the U.S. and the business generated from the United States and its implementation across Latin American markets. This role is key to the company’s international expansion, ensuring new client acquisition, growth of existing partnerships, and profitability optimization. Key Responsibilities Drive commercial growth of the US and accounts originated in the U.S. for implementation in LATAM countries. Identify and develop new direct clients and business opportunities in the U.S. market. Strengthen relationships with existing U.S.-based clients and ensure consistent delivery and performance across LATAM operations. Monitor commercial objectives and ensure alignment with budget and profitability goals. Analyze account performance and optimize margins across markets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with established processes. Provide strategic and commercial guidance to the account teams involved in LATAM implementations. Support collection processes and manage contingencies when required. Lead, motivate, and evaluate the team, identifying training needs and fostering professional growth. Ensure that all campaigns and business plans are executed according to client objectives and company standards. Operational Responsibilities Deliver complete and accurate briefs to the Strategic Development department. Review and validate communication and commercial plans to ensure they meet client goals. Coordinate approvals and communicate final plans to internal teams for implementation. Validate changes in campaign elements before launch and coordinate with Operations Management. Results Orientation. Market Insight. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. Experience: At least 7 years in business development, commercial management, or international sales, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles involving cross-border operations. Languages: Advanced English (Spanish is a plus) Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools, project management systems, and data analytics. Travel: Availability to travel frequently between the U.S. and LATAM regions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
