Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description: The Consulting Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals that supports sales and pipeline management including CRM operations, sales enablement activities, campaign execution, and sales reporting for the Consulting business unit. This role ensures alignment between sales support processes and broader business goals, manages team resources, and acts as a liaison across Consulting sales activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAligns sales and support strategies with overall business objectivesLead and manage the sales pipeline enablement team, including task assignment, time-off coverage, and issue escalationContinuously optimize sales support workflows for efficiency and qualityHandle complex user issues and serve as point of escalation for D365 supportContribute to Templafy content governance, curation, and user supportCommunicate regularly with the Markets Operations Executive to ensure seamless integration of sales processesOversee sales reporting, including weekly pipeline/closed reports, Power BI dashboards, and sales goal trackingLead, in collaboration with Market Platform Operations Lead, and support additional sales enablement initiatives, such as Account Leadership, as neededQualifications5+ years in operations, sales support, or CRM administration in a professional services environmentLeadership experience with proven ability to manage projects and teamsProficiency in D365, Power BI, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating with sales, operations, and marketing teamsWe appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/openingWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
