We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strategic mindset, solid analytical skills, and experience bridging business needs with technical solutions. 💼 Key Responsibilities Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Apply methodologies such as MoSCoW and scoring methods to evaluate requirements and RFP “fit.” Support the ERP integration between Microsoft GP and NetSuite, ensuring alignment across systems and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution accuracy and compliance with SOX standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous optimization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on project milestones. 🚀 Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with ERP or integration projects. Experience with agile methodologies MoSCoW. Advanced English (B2+ or C1). Experience applying prioritization and scoring methods to assess the “fit” of RFPs and business requirements. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, or similar ERPs. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. ✨ What We Offer Fully remote position.
