Heating and Air Conditioning Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and heating in residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning and heating units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and heating systems and make necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections of existing air conditioning systems and heating to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific cooling and heating needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on air conditioning and heating systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams for system installation and repair
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment
- Solid understanding of electrical wiring and circuitry related to air conditioning systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly diagnose issues with air conditioning systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts clearly
