This position offers permanent part time employment. Schedule Flexible schedule of 12.5 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Location Near interaction of N. Dale Mabry and Hillsborough Ave. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. * Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas. * Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. * Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned. Requirements * Excellent customer service skills. * Prior custodial experience a plus. * Ability to perform general custodial duties. * Ability to handle multiple priorities. * Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
