Housekeeper Job Description

TRG Management, a leading property management company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Manor Riverside. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all amenity areas, hallways, lobby areas, and elevator.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in vacant apartments when residents vacate.
  • Clean and maintain the model apartment on a daily basis.
  • Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
  • Empty trash and garbage containers.
