Aleksandr Skubi – Chief Solutions Architect Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet business needs and support growth. Translate business requirements into innovative, sustainable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and fellow architects. Drive strategic decisions on system architecture, technology stacks, and integration approaches to ensure long‑term success. Shape complex systems, influence technology choices, and guide teams toward building solutions that truly make a difference. At least 3 years in architecture roles. Experience designing large‑scale systems using C4. Skilled at ensuring selected quality attributes in system design. Knowledge of integration patterns and modern integration platforms. Ability to assess business needs and translate them into evolutionary robust architecture. Experience guiding engineering teams through complex implementations. Experience setting technology roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional Details Location: Fully remote work possibility from Estonia (preferred), Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
