Please apply now for immediate considerationThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide range of tasks involving the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment.

Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of tasks to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
Handle emergency repairs of production equipment during operations and perform scheduled maintenance during machine downtime.
Rebuild Baird presses, eyelet machines, and equipment in the tool room.
Perform tasks typical of a machinist.
Read and interpret critical documents such as equipment logs, documentation, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Conduct routine tests and qualifications on equipment and document the results.
Report any suspicious or hazardous conditions to a supervisor immediately.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure quality and safety by following all relevant CBI policies and procedures.
Help maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
Perform basic welding.
Carry out simple sheet metal fabrication tasks.

Experience:

High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
