To do this, we focus on three main spheres:External Marketing: company branding & salesEmployment Marketing: human resources, employer branding, & candidate experienceCorporate Social Responsibility Marketing: purpose-driven brandingThe OpportunityXtra-Mile is looking to expand to the US market and is seeking a founding Sales Manager who will lead new business development and customer relationship management initiatives targeting B2B customers in North AmericaThis is an individual contributing sales role in which you will aim to establish professional, value-based relationships with Senior Executive decision makers at organizations of all sizes (mainly CMOs and VPs of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and HR) to serve as a strategic consultant and earn their marketing business.What you'll be doingExecuting all new business development strategies as a founding Sales Executive in the US marketManaging the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to the transaction's closingRunning discovery meetings (in-person and virtual), conducting needs analysis, crafting creative solutions tailored to customer needs, preparing/delivering sales presentations, and handling negotiationsMaintaining relationships with newly established customers while consistently aiming to increase their level of activity and investment by positioning the value of our services and productsWhat you'll bring for successA Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields5+ years of experience as an individual contributing B2B Sales Account Manager (ideally within a Marketing/Advertising agency environment)Proven track record engaging new clients and leading negotiation cycles with senior managementExperience managing complex processes to close new business as well as growing existing accounts through up-selling/cross-sellingMarketing background and/or familiarity with digital marketing solutions and social media trends is a plusApply now Visit Xtra-Mile.co for more information
